Who we are

 

We are a family (a very big one!) who loves this land. Some of us work daily on the farm, some others just occasionally. But all with the same aim: to do more and more, and better. But without changing too much.

To us, being “true” is fundamental. That is why we have preserved Casa Rossa’s original structure, decorations and environments. That is why we like to welcome our guests as Umbrians do, in a cosy and straightforward way. As the Italian name suggests, you will feel at home, as we feel in this land generation by generation. As Gianfrancesco – “the singer” who first arrived here in the Nineteenth century – thought, Casa Rossa estate was a way to generate incomes, but most of all a place of rural peace and healthy family stay. A way of living that each generation has preserved. Our family’s history demonstrates it: those who arrive fall in love and never want to leave.

This year we concentrated on the vegetable garden, whose products are available for our guests. And the work is still going on. We have planned to install solar panels, to be more and more green, and to create more public facilities for our guests.
