Casa Rossa is a manor house dating back to the 18th century, completely surrounded by luscious vegetation, standing on a hillside, a few kilometers from Assisi, Spello and Spoleto. To get to Casa Rossa you follow a country road lined by laurel, rosemary and blackberry bushes typical of the area. The drive is not one of those that “strike” you. And this is not by chance. We have chosen to distinguish ourselves in this way, remaining authentic keeping our authentic original roots . Linked to the land, as we have been for many generations, attached to its history. Casa Rossa has been restored in such a way as to respect not only its structure, but also its early atmosphere. Nearby you may find more refined and elegant dwellings. We have chosen to make only 8 apartments, so that everybody could enjoy the most precious thing: space. So much space (click on the apartments to see how many sq m each one is) and, in two cases, even a private garden. Well, we promise you a plunge into nature, tranquillity, beauty and… into our swimming pool! |
